Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing
All TCHA products are made to order, which means each bag is crafted especially for you. Orders are prepared and processed within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message from TCHA with your order details.

Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of ₹150 is applied to all orders. This helps us ensure your TCHA pieces are securely packaged and safely shipped, especially for larger items.

Payment
We currently accept prepaid payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via messages so you can follow your package until it reaches you.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of damaged packaging and product. Our team will evaluate the same and get back to you. 

Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please notify us immediately. We are not responsible for packages that show successful delivery confirmation to the provided address.
